Sasuke means that he doesn't care whether Orochi-Chan ends up taking over his body, as long as his brother is killed.
But I disagree with that.
If that happens, then how will he end up restoring the Uchiha Clan?
And now that Orochi is dead, and after he kills Itachi, will he still pusue that other ambition of his?
Male pregnancy is actually possible, but they have to go to the hospital. But the question is, why did you randomly bring it up O.o
