Puff Daisies are named for 2 reasons: 1- they look like large flower buds. 2- they shoot their needle-like seeds at anything that comes 3 feet of the plant. These plants make excellent guards because of this manuver. However, once the seeds are shot, the flower blooms and the plant dies within the hour. The seeds when ground up, make a powerful antibiotic, almost as strong as morphine, but not as addictive. The flower itself, when found, has sedative abilities.

The ooze is loved by children as a snack and by parents because it is extremly beneficial to one's health. 1 jar before a long flight lets the winged races to go 3 days non-stop at an average speed.

A prickly tree, with harmless foot long spikes protruding from its trunk. The tree, once any "burrs" or its trunk are separated, harden and become poisonous. The burrs become hard as steel, and contain a neurotoxin. These are often turned into daggers. The tree itself is native to the Northern Continent only.

A mushroom that has learnt to walk, these 'mushroom folk' are mute, and peaceful. Often found in caves or forests, these plants cultivate mushrooms and other fungi to be sold for potions, food or other goods that others require. If they enter society, these pacifists use druidic magic to help tend the gardens. The majority of Myconids live in Grantanki, and other heavily forested areas.

A baby that was turned into a woodling is called a seedling. They often have a single leaf on their head to show what they are. As they get older, seedlings grow to the size of a human or larger and take on a brutish persona. As such, they are often killed before they can grow past two feet.
