History: Enslaved by the Drifter after his entire city was destroyed, he was tortured until Drifter saw his unique golden eyes. He was promoted to the Gyouten mainly for his sniper skills and planning abilities, but is the weakest Gyouten physically. Being the eldest Gyouten member, he is given respect by others, and fears only death or missing. IF he ever misses (once in a blue moon) his cover is blown by a scream he makes due to insanity. Giblo knows not his own last name and often talks in the third person. Not only does he create battle plans, but he is a weaponsmith, creating weapons that his comrades enchant. Infused into him, is some owl essence. He chose owl for the swiveling neck, the vision, and the night time accuracy.
