History: Hizoku's life is pretty basic. Normal family, no big events. Just that she hung around some theives and picked up the awesome art. At least in her case. Her parents didnt know until some of her -ahem- older friends came over and they began to talk about a big theivery that was about to take place. Her parents over heard and stopped her. She ran away because they were trying to corrupt her into being the 'perfect' daughter. Hizoku didnt like it and left. Staying with her gang for a few days then left to find some new thrills...
She has no memories but she was once had another life. Her past life was that of a princess, or at least viewed as that. Through her former self was 'loving and caring' her true self was angry and descrutive, killing many in secret. Trained as a medic, her skills were directed in torture of the innocent. Slicing open her victims and learning the key points for pain.
This past self, had longer blond hair, brighter green eyes and a tattoo on her back (see pic below). Hizoku also gave herself a name before she was caught and killed for her crimes. When she was about to be killed she yelled out to everyone.
"I will return, as the Angry Princess. And you will never know, I will appear in a new body... one that is always there but you can never see."
She was killed, her crimes have been recorded and even a horror book was written about the Angry Princess. The present Hizoku has no clue about this of course but her parents knew that she was the reincarnate of the Princess.
