Cane was lying on her back on a large gravestone. Throwing a pebble in the air and catching it. Clouds lazily floating by in her eyes. She sighed as the pebble fell to the dead leafy ground. She rested her hand on her red corset. Valkea was leaning on the tombstone beside her. The hilt resting somewhere near her exposed stomach. Her long hair and tail resting on the ground. Cane watched the clouds. Her soft white ears occasionaly picking up sounds in the distance. She lifted her head at a male scream. 'What the hell was that? Sounded pretty girly for a guy.' She thought with a smirk. Cane looked down and noticed that her hair was covered with leaves. She rolled her eyes and lay back down.
The bandana around her neck slinked over her mouth. She didnt really care. Though her sensitive nose picked up the faint smell of blood. She wasn't surprised, from her battles and spars, tons of blood got over her clothes and everything. She removed the bandana from around her face and placed it securily below her mouth. The soft silk cloth tickled her throat almost comfortingly.
Cane paused a new scent on the air. Someone was close. Cane sat up quietly, looking around and smelling the air and hearing the noise on the wind. Her hand getting closer to Valkea. She was gonna say something to warn them off but stayed quiet. Her dog ears turning slightly to the side to listen. Her hand gripping the hilt of Valkea. Cane pondered on if she was gonna get attacked or whatever was beyond that cluster of large tombstones that seperated her from Denkou.

Denkou froze at the sound of something shifting. "Is someone here?" He sat up promptly and observed his surroundings. He didn't see anyone, but the constant nagging feeling of someone being nearby. Plus, someone could be hiding behind a tombstone.
Denkou stood on top of the solid tombstone and looked around, now getting a better view of the Graveyard. The light breze gently tugged at his white cloak. The Graveyard was a fair sized chunk of land, but not nearly big enough. About...half an acre? Denkou still didn't see anyone, so he jumped down and began to search the place, weaving through the tombstones and crosses.
Denkou's silver eyes caught a glint of something shine to his left. He looked at it, and saw something that looked like Hair or something on the ground, but there were some leaves in it. Denkou narrowed his eyes. "Whatever is here, it seems to have been here a while judging by the leaves in it's hair..." He started to approach whatever the thing was, and jumped into the tombstone nearest the being. He raised an eyebrow at what he saw.
There was someone who looked like a...dog? She had ears and tail of a dog, at least. She was sitting up and was grasping the hilt of a sword. Denkou glared at the girl, then raised an arm, and pointed to the gate of the graveyard.
"Out."

Cane glared at the male who told her to leave. She stood and held sheathed Valkea at her side. She put her hands on her hips and said snobbly. "What if I dont want to leave?" She said. Watching Denkou. "I was here first. Im not leaving. Ill leave when I'm ready." She added, pointing at him. "You dont own this place. You leave!" Cane crossed her arms instead. Glaring, daring him to try and pull something. Cane felt very snobby at that moment. But she didnt care. No one tells her leave so rudely. 'Stupid male. Thinks hes the boss. Well too bad. Im not leaving.' she thought. Cane turned her head away from him. Her eyes closed. 'Just when I thought I can enjoy a nice quiet lazy day. No disturbances. God, this is gonna get troublesome.' She thought, glancing at him and then closing her eyes again.

Denkou raised an eyebrow at her. "Hmm. Persistent." He stepped off the stone, landing smoothly on his feet in front of the random dog-girl. he sighed at her attempts to shoo him off, saying that he doesn't own the place.
Denkou sighed and looked down, as if admiting defeat. But he simpily folded his arms across his chest and sat down. "I do pretty much own the graveyard. And if you have a problem with that, then you can leave. But I'm not leaving for you."
Denkou looked away and closed his eyes, showing that he wasn't leaving so easily. "Stupid girl. I could just send every corpse in this graveyard to chase her out...."

Cane up at him then looked down at him seeing as he sat on the ground. "Well good for you for owning an acre of bones and rocks but Im still not leaving." She muttered stubbornly. Cane flopped down on the ground in front of him. She blinked and crossed her arms. Staring intently at him.
'Im not leaving. No matter what you say or do.' She thought. Hoping her mental message would be sent to him. Cane growled at him. Wondering how long she can keep up this staring/argument thing.
She drummed her black nails on her arm, bored. But still holding the gaze with this guy. No way she was gonna lose.

"Thank you. I enjoy my half an acre of corpses and bones." He looked up and glared at her. "It's like it's some kind of competition." Denkou closed his eyes and swiftly turned his head away. "Well, if it's a competition she wants, then let the games begin."
After a couple minutes of silence, Denkou peeked at the girl. She was tapping her fingertips against her arm. She was watching Denkou, as though she was expecting him to give up any second now. "No way am I leaving..." he thought again, then gave her the same look she was giving him. He watched her through slightly narrowed eyes, trying to get the message through her head that he woulnd't give up.

Cane's tail was half wrapped around her body. Her ears twitched annoyed at the lack of movement. 'Do not give up Cane. You will beat this guy.' She huffed and glared daggers at him. She felt his message that he wouldnt give up. 'Well buddy, neither am I.'
Cane watched, waited and watched again. Not dropping her gaze. Its been almost two minutes since she blinked. Her eyes werent watering or drying up. 'Ha! Cane come on! No blinking! No looking away! I WILL beat him.'
A raven cawed nearby, her ear twitched and moved towards the sound. 'Raven, several feet to the right.' She thought. A rustle of leaves to her left. She sniffed the air. 'Field mouse. Five feet from the left.' Cane sighed and continued to stare. She smirked. 'This is getting to be quite amusing. How much longer can he hold it?'

Both Dragogale and Nexus were surprised by that little bastards attept for an attack. They both looked at whom shot Saige. Nexus looked really pissed off but Dragogale stayed calm notting letting his emotions get to him. Dragogale saw Kai going over to the mage so he knew that Kai would take care of him. Nexus went over to see if Saige was alright while Dragogale stood there waiting if anyone needed a hand. Dragogale watched carefully as Kai took down the mage.
After the short skirmish Dragogale watched as Kai walked over to Saige. 'That was short. Guess his returning the favor for healing him.' Only then did Dragogale walk over to where Saige was lying. He looked at Kai,Nexus,Axel and then to Saige who was unconious and still a alot of ruble on her. He quietly told,"Stand back.Ill get the rest of the stones off her easily." With air channeling he lifted the entire set of rocks off Saige with ease. Dragogale tossed them somewhere off into the distance. He bent down to enspect the damage. He thought,' this isnt good. She has lots of broken bones. Some internal bleeding too.I think. I have to heal her now or else shes dies.' Dragogale slowly put his hand out a chanted ancient words not of this tongue. From his palm glowed a vibrant blue and the colour also bathed Saige with warmth. After he was finished he looked up to Nexus and told him to give her his cloak. He also told him to carry her back to the church as well. Dragogale stood up and headed for the church soon followed by Nexus.

In the bowels of the church, Taylin tilts her head to the side slight and turns on her heel. She had faintly heard the announcement calling for the finalists. As one she had better get over there as quickly as possible and see what they wanted with her. She stalks off towards the arena, her cloak swirling around her ankles. She slips into the arena just as the opponents are listed off. She shakes her head slowly. Great. Just what I needed. A chance to get myself killed by going against some insanely powerful creature. She pushes her hood back and steps closer to the arena edge.

A short distance outside of Trilimament City, a battle was raging. At least it would have looked like a battle from anyone observing it from a distance. Bodies were scattered everywhere and the clang of steel on steel rang through the air, drowning out the screams of the dying. On a closer inspection the observer would note that all of the dead are goblins from a single band, each being marked by a simple sigul. Each one has been chopped into at least two pieces by some incredibly large weapon. Delving even farther into the melee, the observer would find a single human woman wielding a massive axe with a strength belaying her size. This would be Lovisa Coldeyes, daughter of Lothar Hammerhand, last of the Keldoth barbarians.
Lovisa snaps the axe around behind her taking out a trio of goblins. She follows the momentum of her swing and brings the back-spike of the weapon into the neck of yet another goblin. The force of the blow nearly decapitates the creature and sends it flying into a cluster of its comrades scattering those capable of getting out of the way fast enough and crushing those who weren't. Lovisa spins to a stop and slings the massive axe over one shoulder. With an animalistic roar, she shifts her weight forward and launches the axe into the remaining goblins, the massive weapon tumbling through the rapidly thinning ranks, bashing and cleaving its way to a stop several yards away from the battle field. Lovisa draws the sword of her back and gives it a test swing to adjust to its comparative lightness. With another roar, she charges into the remaining goblins, most of them surrendering and begging for mercy. It was too late for that however. Lovisa was too far into her berserker rage to even hear their pleas. Her blade whips through the last of the goblins in seconds. After the last one falls, her rage begins to subside. With a slight gasp, she swings the sword over her shoulder and into it sheath. Ambling over to where her axe lay, she glances over her shoulder at a trio of wagons hidden in a grove of trees. These goblins had been raiding merchant caravans for quite some time and no one had been able to stop them. Today, however, they had tried to rob the wrong wagons. The caravan master had heard of these raids and had taken precautions, namely heiring an extra body guard. With a grunt, Lovisa swings the axe off the ground and across her shoulders. She gestures for the wagons to come out of hiding and continue on down the road into the city. She winces slightly as she lowers her arm. A quick survey reveals a shallow scratch just below the edge of her pauldron. She would have to have it looked at when she got to Triliment. Until then she would just have to cope with it. She spins on her heel and trots after the caravan, carefully avoiding the dozens of bodies scattered around her feet.

Saige groaned still a bit in pain. Dragogale may have been able to heal her internal and some outer injuries but she still had a bit of cuts and bruises. She still hurted and was still weak. She winced as the pain on her ribs hurted. It didn't feel broken anymore, but it was bruised. She opened her eyes to see Nexus carrying her. " Why is he carrying me? "she thought. She saw that they were heading towards the church and was following Dragogale." Nexus? Where is Kai? Wasn't he with us? What exactly happened?" she questioned a bit confused. Her head pounding with a little bit of pain.

Raven was about to go to a room when she she heard voices in one of the rooms. She entered and found a young man and a priest talking intently together. As soon as she had entered both the priest and the guy had looked up and looked at her with mild curiousity. She narrowed her gaze and she studied the room. Saige wasn't in sight. She sighed then walked out of the room. As she was walking out of the church she bumped into someone. She looked up and saw a Half dragon. " I'm sorry." she said in a soft apologetic voice. Then she looked behind him. There was a guy carrying Saige. " What the hell?" she thought. Then she walked past the half-dragon and headed to where Saige was. Saige looked hurted and this made her angry. Power sparked off from her and her eyes flashed a dangerous look. Thats when she heard a meowing sound at her feet. Raven looked down to see a cat at her feet looking at her with its purple eyes glowing with knowledge. Her eyes softened as she looked at the cat. " Seneth agru seth ya." she murmured. The cat nodded its head and then jumped up to her shoulder. Raven learned the cats name was Axel and that it belonged to Saige just as Lexis belonged to her. Axel and herself started to speak a different language not known to any. She asked what had happened and when it had happened and who the people they were with.

Kai watched as Saige left with the half dragon and his friend [at first I wrote 'fries' rather than 'friend' ] toward the church. "Oookay.." Kai turned to face away from the church. He stared at the wooods thick of numerous kinds of trees. "Why not..." Kai appraoched the dead bodies of the three musketeers, and dragged them off into the woods......... When Kai was finished, he walked toward the church. on his way he noticed a graveyard. "Damn it I should've just brought them there instead.." Kai sighed and entered the church. "I'm tired..." Dragogale walked into the church slowly with Nexus right behind him when some lady bumped into him. He looked down at her. She said she was sorry and looked behind him to take look. Dragogale spun around to see what the girl was going to do.
Nexus just followed Dragogale doing as he asked. He was happy that he had the girl in his arms instead of Dragogale and she was wrapped in his cloak. As he entered the church with Dragogale some lady came waltzing in. She looked really mad when she Saige in his arms injured.

Cane twitched as a new scent came closer to the area. "Do you have any other friends around here? Because someone new is here...." She muttered, still staring. Not turning her head to look. She had heightened senses for that. She sighed.
'If that guy comes around.... how do you glare at two people at once?' She thought, puzzled. 'Ill figure out something. As soon as I beat this one...'
Lynn sighed and looked down at her completed work. "Heh... finished! Now I cane get rid of that damned slug. Can't wait..." She said with an evil smirk. "Now, I have that. I need another weapon... I dont want to get too close. No matter how much I want to. Im more of the close combat kinda person so I might as well take this chance to hone some other hidden skills I may have." Lynn muttered quietly.
Lynn began to skim the walls for an effective weapon. "Bows? No... I hate those things..." She muttered. Lynn looked around some more and found shuriken and kunai and two overly large shuriken. ".... Would these work? Might as well..." Lynn took them off the wall and brought them over to the table. Making a hell of a lot of noise.

(oc: hey I just realized something. On Crios one day has lasted about 2 months so I'm not sure but shouldn't it be nighttime soon?? lol)
Chiri lounged in a large tree on the outskirts of Triliment City, soaking up the sunlight, and feeling overly tired after a hard day of doing absolutley nothing. Her short sleeved, red shirt glowed in the light and highlighted the yellow and orange striped shirt beneath it. She opened up her sightless eyes and winced as her stomach growled. Chiri hadn't eaten in 3 and a half day and was just about to eat the bark off the tree she was sitting on. She sighed and tugged open her messenger bag and felt around for a moment before pulling out a sack. She stuck her hand inside and felt something hard, Chiri removed her hand from the inside the food bag and inspected the item with her hands
' hmm, bread, moldy, stale and basically not eatable in any way at all' she concluded, angrily chucking the old bread at some random, Innocent tree. Chiri adjusted her bag, and her eared hat, pulled her cane off of a branch, and carefully shimmied down the trunk. Her feet touched earth and she tried to remember what direction the city was. " ok so, Triliment City is north of here so-" Chiri felt the tree until she felt moss, "- its that way!" She exclaimed, pointing north. The young girl flicked her cane around in a semi-circle, while she walked making sure she didn't run into any trees.
Chiri's sensitive ears picked up the sound of heavy-booted footsteps, making no effort to be quiet, about 50 meters away. Thinking quickly, she grabbed a large flexible branch and tied it to a tree, attaching a smoke bomb to it. Then Chiri pulled her dagger out of her mid- shin length combat boot and stood behind a tree to watch the fun. When her victim reached the right spot, Chiri sliced the thread and the branch snapped back, whipping her target. She heard the smoke bomb go off and made her move. Chiri hurriedly, darted around her victim for any food or money the person might be carrying.
'Ah hah' she thought triumphantly, as her hand encountered a bag hanging off the person's shoulder. Then she ran, before the smoke cleared. Unfortunately she ran into a tree, and as she regained her senses, she was seized around the neck and slammed against the tree. "Ugh, damn" she choked out, she attempted to slap the things face, and missed instead smacking it on the side of the head. 'weird ears' she thought, feeling slightly pointed scaly ears.
'Goblin!' she identified, gleefully. Then out of nowhere, she whacked the annoying little pest on the side of the head hard with her cane, and surprised it into releasing her neck, then stabbed it in the chest with her dagger. "HAH FEAR THE WRATH!" she cried, kicking the pathetic creature. Chiri then turned on her heal and stalked away, munching on an apple she had stolen from the goblin.

Saige looked at the approaching person. When she moved her head everything seemed to move. “ Whoa! Steady there,” she thought to herself. She looked again and saw a figure that was all in black. The face was covered all except the eyes. The she saw Axel on the person’s shoulder. The person took off the cloth on the face and Saige saw that it was Raven. “ Raven! What are you doing here?” she asked. Raven smiled at her, then said, “ I dunno, I guess I came to look for you.” She saw Raven looking at Nexus. “ Oh right, Raven this is Nexus. Nexus this is Raven. That over there is Dragogale.” She said pointing to Nexus and Dragogale indicating which is who. Saige then looked at Nexus. “ Are you planning on carrying me all the way in the healing room?” she asked him her eyes sparkling with a little bit of amusement and mischief.
Raven looked at the guy that was carrying Saige and studied him. Thinking that he wasn’t going to kill Saige she smiled a bit and relaxed. “ Nice to meet you, Nexus.” She said to him. Axel had explained everything to her that happened. It had angered Raven but she controlled that emotion. She was glad that Saige was okay. She needed to get back to Lexis, but she knew that Lexis could take care of herself so she decided to stay for a little while until nightfall and then go back. “ I’m sure Lexis wouldn’t mind.” She thought.
